“Stanza molto confortevole Bagno termale spettacolare Ottime sia la cena che la colazione Personale attento Bello il giardino e la vista sul Fuji”

“While cabin room is nice and the in-room shabu shabu dinner and in-room breakfast were very good, the whole stage was stolen by the fact the hotel charged me a cancellation fee for a canoe on the lake activity that I decided to cancel due to raining. All they could say is that is the hotel policy to apply an activity cancellation fee if I don’t cancel by 6 AM. They surely showed me some paper that I signed at check in that says so, but they didn’t do their best to make sure I was aware of this...
